Law 486: Indigenous Laws Seminar Spring Intensive, May 2022 Application Form

UAlberta Law is offering Law 486: Indigenous Law: Foundations and Methods, as an intensive spring seminar this year. It will run from May 4^th to May 30^th, Mon, Wed and Fri, 10am -12:50pm. This is a highly interactive seminar, culminating in an in-class moot. It will be offered in a hybrid format, both in-person and online, in conjunction with the class of Law 388A: Indigenous Law Research, Method and Practice at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. It will be co-taught by Koren Lightning-Earle and Dr. Hadley Friedland.

A pre-requisite or co-requisite of this course is an undergraduate, graduate or law course relating to Indigenous peoples, or demonstrated lived, work or volunteer experience in or with Indigenous organizations, communities or peoples.
