Registration & Reception: 4:00–5:00 pm (Kinnear Centre KC 200 Galleria - 2nd Floor) - pick up your name tag.
Buffet Dinner & Keynote: 6:00–8:00 pm (Kinnear Centre KC 203/205 - 2nd Floor)
Fresh rolls, soup, crudités with dips, salads, antipasto platter, choice of entrée (meat, fish, or vegetarian options), and desserts. Check out the detailed menu in the PPSA/IRW program.
Beverages: coffee, tea, herbal tea.

Buffets: Meals are served buffet-style. This can be overwhelming for some neurodivergent participants due to crowds, noise, or decision fatigue. You may wish to:
Visit at the start or end of service when it’s quieter.
Bring a friend or peer for support.

Dietary Needs: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are typically available at each meal. If you have allergies or specific restrictions, we recommend:
Bringing safe snacks or backup meals.
Letting organizers know in advance (we’ll do our best to support).
Snacking/Breaks: Please feel free to bring your own snacks, drinks, or comfort foods to support your energy and focus. Refrigeration and microwave access may be limited, so plan accordingly.
Hydration: Personal water bottles are recommended. Water pitchers and refill stations are available on-site.
