Accommodation
A wide variety of Edmonton accommodations are available to participants. The conference will take place on North Campus at University of Alberta. Proposed accommodations are either on-campus, or a short walk or LRT ride from campus.
On-campus accommodation
There are two options for on-campus accommodation.
Spacious, modern suites with full and limited kitchenettes, a dining area, private bedrooms, office desk and pull-out sofas. Right on campus, and close to restaurants and entertainment on Whyte Ave.

Lister Center offers guestrooms right on campus, close to restaurants and entertainment on Whyte Ave.
$109/room for a hotel style guestroom, with either a queen bed or two double beds, including breakfast at Tim Hortons. Reservations can be made online at https://conference.ualberta.ca/accommodation/guest-rooms , by email at guest.services@ualberta.ca, or by phone at 780-492-6056.
Downtown accommodation
There are many hotels downtown, which are a short LRT ride from campus. A few examples are listed here, but there are many more.

Accommodation on Whyte Ave
There are two hotels on Whyte Ave, which are about 20 minute walk from campus, and close to restaurants and entertainment.
Affordable accommodation
A limited number of student rooms are available for participants at MacEwan University, which is a short LRT ride from campus. More information will be added here shortly.
