Brief Process Overview for FEC Annual Reports

The department normally creates/updates forms for each step of the FEC process. Each step and its timeline is announced to Faculty by the department chair. Each faculty member meets annually with the Department Chair to review and discuss their submitted Annual Report. After all the meetings with the Department Chair have concluded, the Annual Reports on the eFEC portal will be unlocked for faculty members to make any required changes to their Annual Reports. The Annual Reports will relock at the end of October. Department Chair submits recommendations shortly after meeting with faculty members (in October), along with other required paperwork.
