Online Component and Virtual Participation

The meeting is intended to be primarily for in-person participation, yet there is the opportunity for remote virtual participation. This is also the contingency plan for all participants, in case a resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic does not permit in-person participation. At this time, we anticipate that in-person attendance will be the primary mode for this Workshop and Winter School.

The Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge facility permits the use of large-screen devices that will be used to enhance the vitual participation of registered attendees. Virtual participants will use their access code to connect remotely via Zoom.
