Student-athletes will be provided a uniform before the first competition. Uniform assignments range from 2 pieces, 6 pieces, to even more depending on the sport. Student-athletes must track and care for all uniform/equipment pieces, as they are responsible for costs of lost or damaged items. Student-athletes will not be allowed to participate in the next athletic season until the previous uniform has been returned. Below are rules and general recommendations regarding assigned uniforms:
Please wash uniforms FREQUENTLY to reduce contact-borne illnesses.
Please do not exchange uniforms with other athletes without permission from the athletic trainer.
Please do not remove tags - each uniform has a specific number assigned to it for tracking.
Please do not permanently alter or modify assigned uniforms through hemming, cutting, sewing, etc. Safety pins are acceptable.
Please consult with the athletic trainer to explore alternative options or if you have any concerns. The Athletics Department is committed to providing athletes with uniforms that inspire confidence and optimize performance to our best ability.
Please return the entire uniform once the season has ended - the sooner the better. Student-athletes who have not returned their uniforms are not allowed to participate in athletics until returned or paid for. Students who fail to return uniforms within two (2) weeks of the end of the season will be given an Incomplete. Failure to return the uniform within 4 weeks of the end of the marking period will result in an E. For underclassmen, future participation on another athletic team may be denied until all equipment obligations are met. Seniors will not receive diplomas unless equipment is returned or the school reimbursed. Students who receive an I or E are not eligible for Honor Roll status.
ATHLETIC UNIFORMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE END OF THE SEASON TO AVOID IMPACT ON GRADES AND ELIGIBILITY
Uniform Return Information
Once the season has ended please return your WASHED uniforms and equipment as soon as possible so that you can be eligible for the next athletic season. Please bundle all pieces of the uniform together before returning. Bundling all items together is a preventative measure against potential errors, even though each student-athlete has already been assigned specific uniforms.Â
Return Methods (Ranked):
Placed in the athletic return bin.
Handed directly to the Athletic Trainer.
Handed directly to the Athletic Director.
Handed directly to Head Coach.
If the uniform has not been returned, reminder emails will be sent out and a fee will be added to the student-athlete's IC account. Fees will be voided once returned or paid for.
