Figure 25: ProprioClamp attached to a mug
Grab the ProprioClamp by the red handles, using one hand
Open the ProprioClamp
Slide the clamp down the side of a container to a desired depth, with the color indicated side of the tongs on the inner side of the container
Close the tongs, allowing the magnets to attract one another through the container wall (the magnets encased by the silicone padding will keep the ProprioClamp attached to the side of the container)
Attach the MaxiAid Liquid Level sensor to the tongs via the MaxiAid's magnet, sliding it to the preferred level.
Figure 26: ProprioClamp attached to a filled pot
Ensure the tongs are securely attached to the side of the container
Pour liquid into the container
When the liquid reaches the MaxiAid sensor prongs an auditory alert will sound
Stop pouring the liquid when the sound alerts
Figure 27: Video of ProprioClamp in Use
Remove the tongs from the container by reaching in between the two handles and opening your hand
The water sensor can be detached from the tongs by gently pulling the sensor away from the end of the tongs
The tongs can then be cleaned like any other kitchen tool
Do not touch immediately touch the bottom pads/sensor after removing the ProprioClamp from hot liquids; allow time to cool first
Only handle the ProprioClamp using the temperature safe rubber grips
