This section provides some background on two of my work samples that I completed while pursuing my Master's degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University.
In this portfolio, I am highlighting two performance improvement projects where I worked with two different organizations, one is in instructional design and the other is in organizational needs assessment. In both, I worked on these projects with a cohort of 3-4. Each project required using different sets of performance technology tools to solve a performance problem. Below are the tools that were used.
