I'm Stephanie Garcia from Chicago. I'm a graduate student at Boise State University in the Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning program earning a Master of Science degree. I also have a Master of Arts from Illinois State University with a concentration in Spanish Linguistics and Pedagogy. My twenty-year career is centered on developing training and learning programs, tools and resources in the corporate business industry.

In this portfolio you will learn about two of my organizational projects that I have completed, as well as my professional work history, hobbies outside of work, and my contact information. The two projects I have selected are in Instructional Design and Needs Assessment. While I have completed many projects, I selected these two because they were the projects where I was the project lead (Instructional Design) and shared the project lead (Needs Assessment) and enjoyed these the most.
