This course utilizes a business plan development model to study the interrelationships among business functional areas and provide an understanding of how businesses create value. It provides skills for successful team management and business communication, including an understanding of the language of business. The course introduces the principles of responsible business practices and considers the economic, legal, and social environments in which business operates.

Post Business Simulation Debriefing Paper : This link provides access to a paper summarizing the results of a business simulation completed as a group project for this course. During the simulation, I served as the CEO of our hypothetical company, while also fulfilling the roles of Vice President of Manufacturing and Vice President of Sales.
