Technology Rollout

For this activity, I created a proposal for a new technology rollout for our school. I then determined the important information that should be shared with all stakeholders. I have created a series of "one-pagers" to share with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout or revised rollout after a return to normal learning.

For the sake of this assignment, my stakeholders include district administrators, school leadership, school board members, educators, parents and students.

Reflection on this Artifact:

I know I keep saying this with every new page on this website - but I really enjoyed this artifact and lesson also! I was able to work with a program that I really enjoy using, Canva; to create a variety of one-pagers for key stakeholders in the school district. Something as important and fact-engrossed as a technology roll-out is difficult to bring down to just a few key important points to place on a one-pager; but it is important to do so. No one wants to read a 20-page report on how to improve a school's technology. These one-pagers highlight the most important information the stakeholders need to know and help them to understand all the advantages and obstacles along the way. I think it is a great way to continue the conversation among a group of people! This was a great project and allowed my creativity to shine through!
