Program Logic Model

Logic models are like road maps for programs, that guide the program from start to finish, explaining each step along the way. They help plan, manage, and evaluate programs by showing what they aim to achieve, how they plan to achieve it, and how to measure success. It identifies a program main components and how they should relate to each other.
