I have a strong interest in electrical engineering and mechatronics. In this project, I will design and build the electronic systems, develop schematics, and manage the required electrical dependencies. I will also create 3D models to ensure the final product is clean, compact, and well-integrated. With a solid background in AP Physics and a strong aptitude for electronics and schematics, I will apply my technical expertise to support the development of EEG-based technology and explore its future applications.
I have an expertise within the realm of science as I have taken many of the offered AP classes for science like physics, biology, and chemistry. With this expertise, I will be able to provide my knowledge on said subjects into the project and EEG.
I bring a unique personality to the group by making sure others and myself are working hard. I like playing soccer and working hard on projects I feel like will provide a great learning opportunity. I will be able to help my group with the building aspect of the helmet and the electrical parts to figure out how everything should work together. I will also help research about what brainwaves can provide to our group.
I worked independently on a project focused on brainwave technology, aiming to develop a system that could detect drowsiness and help keep a user awake. I am particularly interested in how brainwaves influence and control bodily functions. I can support the team in a variety of roles as needed, especially through hands-on building and practical implementation. I also excel in marketing, and my prior research and experience with brainwave-based concepts will help provide a strong foundation for this project.
