Expectations
Expectations
Team members shall uphold all commitments that they make.
Work should not be avoided for the sole reason that you do not want to do it. If you do not want to do something, you need to communicate it with the group and establish a plan.
Work shall be completed by the deadline that the group defines, unless an extension is granted and approved by all group members (as well as Mr. Rojas).
Do not cut corners or complete work under the premise that it is “good enough”. Our work is to be of the highest quality and standards, as any non-prestigious work will negatively affect the project later in the year.
If an opportunity or idea arises that elevates the project in a positive way, communicate it with the group and/or document it.
Purchases shall be split evenly, unless otherwise agreed upon by the group.
Do not delay work onto a later date. The earlier we complete steps, the longer we have to perfect our design.
Rules
You must communicate any new project specific information provided by Mr. Rojas.
You must document key “epiphanies” or “realizations” that contribute to the overall development of the project.
The documentation format must be followed (see Format Document linked HERE).
Any change in plans must be communicated and agreed upon with the group.
All basic and non-project specific work shall be split evenly between members.
Definition 1st Draft C2
This document contains information about what our final project will entail while also showing the limitation of what our project can have. This information will make it easier for us and others to understand what our final project will contain.
C3 Senior Project Definition Peer Review
We have two different groups reviewing our 1st definition draft
The team of 4Gears will review over the definition of the 1st draft ensuring that all requirements are approvable to all criteria and constraints. Also any additional requirements or questions that come up will be asked by 4Gears.
The team of KERSU will review our definition of the 1st draft ensuring that all requirements are met. Also any additional requirements or questions that come up will be asked by KERSU
We also critiqued two other groups
We made some changes to 4Gears 1st definition draft so it sounds and makes more sense. Also made sure they are clear on what they want to do to make the best possible project.
Wind Forge Industries was the other group we helped to add more specifics to what they want to do. Also made suggestions on what their final build will be to help finalize an idea.

This document contains information about Neurosync Laboratories goals and objectives. Hoping to meet expectations that we and Mr. Rojas have set for us like being able to read brainwaves signals to produce functioning products in our final product. Establishing what we have discussed to limit conflicts and optimize opportunity.
