Finishing Wiring and testing. Issues with the parts we ordered. Parts connect and work well but the circuit is not reading correctly (Jacob)
Start Printing the fusion model. Will be taking multiple attempts because there may be many errors with how the print comes out (Diego)
Pre processing and real time processing (Jeremy)
Weekly Report. Continue learning Machine learning until the next phase (Vihan)
Construct and test
This is version 1 which didn't work fully so I made another.
Coordinator and Fusion Specialist
This week, we worked on versions 1 and 2 of the worm gear and created three additional gears for the helmet. We also improved the EEG design in Autodesk Fusion 360 while working through the process of developing a solution for the design.
These are both the schmeatics version 2 drawings.
Electronics Specialist and Lead Designer
For this week, I remade the electrical schematic and began redesigning the DRL circuits to improve system performance. I also worked on adding ADCs and implementing filter stages to improve signal quality and reduce noise. These updates required reviewing and modifying the design to better integrate with the overall system and improve reliability.
Researcher and Historian
This week, I completed the weekly report and began working on Phase 2 of the project. I started the design process for a ping pong ball launcher that uses one servo and one continuous motor, focusing on how the components will work together to launch the ball effectively.
This is the rough sketch of phase two ping pong launcher
Lead Coder and Technical Documentation Lead
This week, I decided to switch back to C++ as the coding language based on our teacher’s advice, since I am more comfortable working with it. With this change, I began researching specific parts of the code, including the pulseIn() function and bandpass filters. I also found examples online for both of these, which can be implemented into the code developed in Week 4. I also began working finding a soultion.
This is a group meeting that took place wednesday night.
