It is important to have a clear understanding of the financial aspects of counseling before beginning services. I accept several major insurance plans, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and self-pay clients.
I am currently an in-network provider with:
Anthem • Aetna • UnitedHealthcare • UMR • Medical Mutual • Cigna • Optum
Insurance benefits vary based on your individual policy. Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles are determined by your specific employer and/or insurance plan. I encourage clients to verify their behavioral health and telehealth benefits directly with their insurance company prior to beginning services.
Being in-network with an insurance company does not guarantee coverage under every plan offered by that company.
I am also a participating provider with the following Employee Assistance Programs:
CuraLinc • Magellan • Carelon
If your employer offers EAP benefits through one of these programs, you may be eligible for a specific number of counseling sessions at no cost to you.
Please contact your EAP provider prior to scheduling to confirm eligibility, determine the number of sessions available, and obtain an authorization when required.
Self-pay services are available for clients who do not have insurance, have coverage through a plan with which I am not in-network, or choose not to use their insurance benefits.
Service Fee
Initial Intake/Assessment $125
50+ Minute Individual Session $100
60 Minute Family Session $125
<45 Minute Individual Session $85
Payment is due at the time of service.
Because every insurance policy is different, I recommend contacting the member services number on the back of your insurance card before your first appointment. You may want to ask whether Rebecca Luebbe, MS, LPCC-SUPV is considered in-network under your specific plan, whether outpatient telehealth mental health services are covered, and what deductible, copay, or coinsurance applies.
Please remember that verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Clients are ultimately responsible for charges not covered by their insurance plan.
All payments; copays, coinsurance, deductible, or self pay are due at the time of the appointment.
Have questions about insurance, EAP benefits, or self-pay services? Please feel free to reach out. I'm happy to provide the information you may need to determine your coverage and options.
