Relationships
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges such as conflict, communication difficulties, infidelity, broken trust, and emotional disconnection. Together, we work to understand unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create greater connection and intimacy.
Anxiety & Depression
I help individuals struggling with anxiety and depression look beyond simply managing symptoms to explore the underlying issues contributing to their emotional distress. Together, we identify patterns, face difficult challenges, develop practical coping skills, and work toward greater freedom, confidence, and enjoyment in life.
Grief & Loss
Grief can change nearly every aspect of life. I provide a safe and compassionate space to experience the many emotions that accompany significant loss. Together, we work through the pain, conflicting emotions, and difficult adjustments involved in learning how to move forward while honoring the person and relationship that have been lost.
Trauma
Past experiences can continue to influence how we think, feel, behave, and relate to others long after the experience itself has ended. I help individuals safely explore traumatic experiences, better understand their impact, challenge unhealthy beliefs that may have developed as a result, and work toward greater peace, healing, and freedom from past hurts.
Women's Issues
Women often experience unique emotional, relational, and life challenges throughout different seasons of life. I support women navigating concerns related to motherhood, infertility, postpartum depression and anxiety, hormonal changes, relationships, identity, self-worth, and other challenges that can impact emotional well-being.
Faith Based Counseling
For clients who desire it, I integrate Christian principles and faith into the counseling process, providing an additional perspective through which to explore relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other life challenges. I also work with Christians navigating faith-specific concerns, including questions about what they believe and why, spiritual struggles, church hurt, and the intersection of faith and mental health.
** Faith integration is always based on the client's preference and goals. Clients who do not wish to incorporate faith into counseling receive the same professional, respectful, and individualized care. **
