Welcome to the TWU Family Project!
The research team investigates peer relationships and how parents can best support their children's friendships.
The goal of the research study is to understand the influence of parents on children’s friendships and relationships.
We are also interested in how the positive and negative features of friendships relate to children’s and parent’s psychological adjustment during the transition to middle school.
Now recruiting interested parents and children for Summer 2022!
Our main study, Parent and Peer Relationships, is funded by Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) .
