About Me

My name is Hailey Rhue, and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Education. I hold an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development, which has equipped me with the skills to work effectively with young children and prepare them for school. While my experience in early childhood education has focused on meeting the diverse needs of children, I am eager to broaden my expertise by transitioning to the Elementary level. 

As an educator, my primary objective is to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that caters to the unique needs of all students, irrespective of their learning styles or cultural backgrounds. I am committed to ensuring that every student has access to a quality education and the opportunity to thrive academically.
