I learned that students engage with material in a variety of ways, and providing them the opportunity to watch a video and practice before class equips them with prior knowledge about the topics to be discussed the following day. This strategy enhances their understanding and preparedness for the lesson. This artifact illustrates my understanding of the standard, as it highlights how the teacher communicates clearly and effectively to promote persistence, deeper learning, and meaningful effort among students. Furthermore, the teacher differentiates instruction by tailoring methods and techniques to address the diverse needs of the students, ensuring that each individual receives the support necessary for success.
