Zoom is an online service for live meetings, presentations, and training that supports real-time sharing of computer screens, individual applications or web-based content among two or more computers or mobile devices.

Enabling Panopto Recordings in your Canvas course creates a folder with the Course ID name in Panopto. Adding Panopto Recordings to your Canvas Course Navigation Menu needs to be completed for Zoom Cloud Recordings to be automatically saved in your Canvas course. If your Zoom Cloud Recording is not automatically being saved to Panopto Recordings in your Canvas courses, search My Folder > Meeting Recordings in Panopto and move the recording into your Canvas Course ID folder.
To find your Zoom Recording and move it into Panopto Recordings in Canvas follow these steps:
Open your Canvas course
Click Panopto Recordings on the Course Navigation Menu Review How do I manage Course Navigation links?
Click the Open in Panopto icon
Panopto will open, click My Folder
Click the Meeting Recordings button
Find the Panopto Recording in the list and click the Checkbox in the top left corner of the recording thumbnail
Click the Move button
The Move Options will open, click on the Canvas Folder.
Find the Canvas course where the Zoom Recording should be moved and click on the Course ID
Click the Move button
When Done appears on the screen, click the X icon
Return to the Canvas course and select Panopto Recordings from course navigation, click the Browser Refresh icon
The Zoom Recording will be listed in Panopto Recordings in the Canvas course
