TWU currently supports several digital technologies. The digital learning environment at TWU can be distinguished between the built-in features in Canvas and External Tools.
Several Canvas Requested Integrations offer Assignment and Assessment features. Review the vendor documentation for additional information.
If the tool you are having issues with is an *Enterprise Tool in Canvas, submit a Canvas support case. Canvas support will be available 24/7 by phone, live chat, or email through the Help menu within Canvas after you have logged in. For more information see How to Contact Canvas Support.
If the tool you are having issues with is not an enterprise tool, contact the appropriate resource. This could be your department, academic unit, or a vendor representative for assistance.

External Tool Placement for the Canvas Integration
Depending on the External Tool, one or more of the following placement categories will be available in Canvas:
Assignment Selection - Configure the External Tool to be selectable as an assignment during Assignment creation or editing.
Editor Button - Configure the External Tool to display as a button in the Rich Content Editor.
Assignment Selection - Configure the External Tool as the selection option during Assignment creation or editing.
Homework Submissions - Configure the External Tool to display when a student is submitting content for an Assignment. When a tool is configured, users will see an additional tab during assignment submission for assignments that accept online submissions.
Link Selection - Configure the External Tool to be selected as LTI to launch URLs during module items creation or editing.
Course Navigation - Configure the External Tool to display as a link in the navigation for a course.
