The Northwest Section of The Wildlife Society serves members by:

• Providing a vehicle for close liaison among individual Members, Chapters, the Section Representative, and the Society;

• Recognizing and commending outstanding work in the profession among Section Members and Chapters;

• Addressing wildlife issues and events relevant within the Section, and bring issues and events to the attention of Members, Chapters, and the Society, as needed;

• Sharing and promoting information about wildlife, wildlife management and conservation, and wildlife publics to Members, Chapters, and the Society; and

• Encouraging the highest standards in all activities of the profession.
