TWS Northwest Section: Winter Newsletter, 2025-26

Dear TWS Northwest Members,

Welcome and we hope this newsletter finds you well. It is my pleasure to provide you with a few NW Section updates, plans, and happenings.

The Northwest Section of TWS serves the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Consistent with the mission of TWS, the NW Section: (a) provides a vehicle for Members to interact with other TWS units, (b) recognizes outstanding work of Section Members in the, (c) addresses relevant issues in or that impact the Region, (d) shares pertinent information with Members, and (e) promotes the highest standards of the profession.

Arhtur S. Einarson Award: Recognizes outstanding service to the wildlife profession by individuals residing within Section boundaries.

Regional Conservation Award: Recognizes individuals or entities outside the wildlife profession who have made exceptional contributions to wildlife and conservation within our Section boundaries.

Regional Student Award: Recognizes outstanding achievement by students residing within Section boundaries.
