We celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival with our Grade 3 students. We learned about the story of Chang'e and practiced new vocabulary like “full moon” and “lantern.”
Students designed their own mooncakes using clay and described their designs to the class. It was a fun and creative learning experience.
winter camp.mp4Our Winter Campus class for Grade 1–4 students was a fun 5-day program filled with exciting activities. Students played games, learned about colors, practiced cup activities, and made their own sandwiches. It was a joyful week of hands-on learning, teamwork, and creativity for Grade 1 and 2, as well as Grade 3 and 4 students.
Classroom Interactive Engagement
In a lively and engaging classroom, students embarked on a meaningful journey to learn about the Taiwanese flag. What began as a simple lesson soon transformed into an exploration of culture, identity, and history. As students discovered the meanings behind the flag’s colors and symbols, their curiosity grew, and so did their appreciation for Taiwan’s rich heritage.
To bring the lesson to life, interactive games were introduced, filling the room with energy and excitement. Laughter and teamwork became part of the learning process as students eagerly participated, reinforcing their understanding in a fun and memorable way. Alongside these activities, structured sentence practice allowed them to express their ideas clearly, helping to build both confidence and language skills.
By the end of the lesson, students were not only able to recognize and describe the Taiwanese flag, but they had also developed a deeper connection to its significance. This experience highlighted how combining cultural content with interactive strategies can create a dynamic learning environment, one where knowledge is not only learned but truly experienced.
