More importantly, to prevent your student from being marked as a drop-out or truant, the confirmation of enrollment must also be received from the next school. NOTE: this form is provided during the withdrawal process.

If your student has already been dis-enrolled from FHS, parents must come in office to request duplicate copies of withdrawal paperwork.

Students must be cleared from FHS in order to receive transcripts during the drop appointment.

Official records are withheld until all fines/fees are resolved.

EXITING FAMILIES PLEASE NOTE:

Foothill High School does not issue partial credits for incomplete semesters. Please consider this when planning a move or deciding to withdraw your child from Foothill High School. In order for your student to earn the credits they have been working on, they need to complete the entire semester including finals. If at all possible, please arrange to complete your student withdrawal after the Fall/Spring semester concludes and final grades have been issued. Please see the Student Calendar available on the District website for current school year dates.
