May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Twin Rivers Unified School District invites families and staff to join a virtual workshop focused on Daybreak Health and Appa Health, two free programs offering virtual therapy, mentorship, and wellness support for students after school and on weekends. Come attend our last community event before the end of the school year! Join us for the Meet SMUD community event on Thursday, June 4 from 5:00–6:30 p.m. at the Twin Rivers Unified School District Office (5115 Dudley Blvd., McClellan Park, CA 95652).
Families will have the opportunity to connect with SMUD representatives and learn about:

Creator X Flag Football Camp
For incoming 9th and 10th-grade boys and girls
Creator X Flag Football Camp is where big plays, big energy, and big confidence come together!
This camp combines football fundamentals with lessons in leadership, mindset, and character. Campers will build skills through fast-paced drills, scrimmages, and positional training alongside American River College coaches and players.

Save the Date! Online registration forms for the 2026–2027 Elementary and TK-8 Expanded Learning Athletics Programs will open on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 12:00 pm (noon). The Athletics program will offer seven sports for TK-8 students to enjoy throughout the school year, providing opportunities for skill development, teamwork, and school spirit.
Sports offered:
Fall: Soccer, golf & cheerleading
Winter: Basketball, cross country/Track & cheerleading
Spring: Flag football (3rd-8th grade only), tennis & cheerleading
