Appa Health Mentorship
Appa Health Mentorship
Appa is a free virtual mentorship program for youth ages 13–18 that connects teens with Certified Wellness Coaches to help build confidence, motivation, and social-emotional skills.
Support is available after school and on weekends.
During the 12-week program, teens meet weekly with a mentor through one-on-one video sessions. Mentors provide encouragement, accountability, and guidance while helping students manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve focus, and plan for the future through short, engaging video lesson
How it works:

A parent/caregiver speaks with the Appa team to learn more about how the program can support their teen.
The teen opts in, and Appa contacts the teen to determine whether they would like mentorship and helps them choose a mentor.
Online mentorship begins.
Families can request mentorship directly, or school staff can submit a request on behalf of a student.
