However, for immediate changes per network, the portal offers a seamless alternative, allowing you to adjust prices while analyzing route performance—without the need to switch tools. Price updates through the portal are asynchronous and may take upwards of 15 minutes to reflect in the routing service. Once the update is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation, akin to the traditional email-based rate update workflow. Should there be any pending price updates scheduled for a future date, a new price submitted via the portal will supersede it. Any subsequent updates via your standard email process will overwrite portal-submitted prices.
To update a price in the portal, navigate to the route list, scroll to the "three dot" menu on the right, and select "edit rate." This allows for direct adjustments within the portal interface.
