Rank, or volume rank, refers to your route’s position in relation to competing routes for that destination. The #1 ranking route will receive the majority of traffic.
Your rate is the price per message for each route.
Your route’s rate delta is the difference between the #1 ranking route and your route. For example, if your rate delta is 10%-25%, this means your route’s rate is 10%-25% higher than the #1 ranking route’s rate.
Your route’s quality delta is the difference between the #1 ranking route and your route. For example, if your quality delta is 2-5%, this means your route’s quality is 2-5% lower than the #1 ranking route’s quality.
Quality is measured by message conversion rate. If you notice quality degradation on one of your routes, please get in touch with your Twilio account manager.
