Create an account on www.twilio.com/try-twilio using your work email. Your work email is necessary in order to access and view your organization's routes in the Supplier Portal.
Input the requested information, ensuring that you use your work email address. This will help us verify your association with our supplier network and grant you access to the Supplier Portal.
Follow the prompts to complete the registration process and create your Twilio account.
After creating your account, click on "account" in the top right of the header.
Select "manage users" from the dropdown menu. If you don't see the "manage users" option, you need to request a change in access type from the person who invited you to use the Supplier Portal.
Click on "invite users" in the top right corner. You will be directed to the send invitation page.
When inviting colleagues, use their work email address. This helps verify your association with the supplier network and grants access to the Supplier Portal workspace.
If you want your invitee to handle user invitations and access, assign them the "administrator" role. Otherwise, select all three roles (admin, owner, user) for the invited users.
Click on "send invitation" to complete the process.
You will receive an email from your colleague inviting you to join an account. Click on the button in the email, which will take you to a Twilio page to complete the setup of your account credentials.
Next, you'll be prompted to provide a valid phone number for account verification purposes. Enter your phone number in the designated field and click "Send code via SMS".
Check your phone for a verification code. Enter the code in the provided field on the Twilio website to verify your phone number.
Save your recovery code and continue by clicking on your account. Once you've completed these steps, you'll have one final task: filling out our request form to activate the Supplier Portal for your account.
After submitting the form, you'll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
