Aftercare Made Simple with FACTS
Register & Pay in FACTS
We’re using the FACTS platform for all Aftercare registrations. Simply log in, pre-register, and pay—quick and easy!Sign Up When It Works for You
Register as far in advance as you’d like or take it one week at a time—it’s completely flexible. Choose the options that fit your needs. Note if they drop in and are not pre-registered your FACTS account will be billed $35We’ll Handle Teacher Communication
Once you’ve registered, we’ll notify your child’s teacher of the days they’ll be in Aftercare—no need to email them yourself!
Hours: Monday–Friday | 2:45PM – 5:30 PM
Pick-Up Location: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Entrance (ID required at pick-up)
The Village School’s Early Childhood Aftercare program provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. Children enjoy a balance of free play, outdoor time, creative activities, and quiet moments to unwind after the school day.
Aftercare is always available on early release days; however, please be sure to send a packed lunch as the cafeteria will be closed.
Rates:
Pre-registered students: $25 per day, per student
Drop-in rate: $35 per day, per student (applies to students not pre-registered)
Please Note Aftercare is not offered on Early Release Days.
