Mahjong Beginners Club  (Grades K-8 and Parents!)

Ready to learn the game everyone is talking about? For the first time, we’re opening up an enrichment to parents, too! We’re inviting parents to join their students for this fun, beginner-friendly Mahjong Club. While parent participation is not required for students in grades 3–8, we highly encourage you to join the fun and learn alongside your child!

We’ll start from the very beginning, learning the suits, tiles, rules, and strategies before putting our new skills into practice. Mahjong is a fun way to build strategic thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, pattern recognition, and social skills, all while enjoying a little friendly competition.

Open to students in grades 3–8, with students in grades K–2 welcome when accompanied by a parent.

Every student will receive their own 2026 National Mah Jongg League card to help them continue learning and playing!

Space is extremely limited! We will run the club with a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 8, so sign up early to reserve your spot!
