The Theatre Arts club is open to all students in grades 9-12 who have a love for theatre, drama, tech and the performing arts in general. Students will have the opportunity to work with professionals in various workshops aimed at performance, improvisation, and career goals. We offer multiple trips and events for students to immerse in the arts and see shows and build culture. Students can participate in performances through the Fall One Act Plays, Spring Actor's Workshop, Reader Theatre and the Spring musical. For their participation, students earn points that accrue through their years, which can lead to them being inducted into the International Thespian Society (ITS) and allow them to apply for Thespy's, scholarships, recognition at graduation, and tech competitions. Students in stage crew should also join Theatre Arts Club so they can accrue participation points.
