Junior and Senior
Prom

• Juniors or Seniors in "good standing" are eligible to attend the prom.

  • No level 3 Referrals

  • No more than two referrals total of any level(s)

  • No items or monies owed

• Freshmen or Sophomores are allowed at Prom if ONLY invited by a Junior or Senior.

• Good standing means that you/your guest have good behavior at school and in the community.

• In order to purchase a ticket, all debts Chromebook fees, Textbook fees, Lunch fees, and Sports fees.

• ONLY 11th and 12th grade students can purchase tickets.

• Each Junior or Senior may invite one eligible guest (See Guest Policy). VHS administration will approve all prom attendees.

• Guests must be high school juniors or seniors or be no older than 19 and in good standing at their school and in the community.

• You must complete a Guest Application form before making the final prom payment.

•  Guests may NOT be OLDER THAN 19 and no younger than 15.

• You need to include a photo of a picture ID with your guest request form.

• All VHS students invited as guests must ALSO fulfill the debt and requirements in the "Who Can Attend Prom" section.

• Guest requests MUST be in by Jan. 31st, 2025. Guest denials will be announced on Feb 7, 2025

• You will be notified by the administration whether or not your guest is approved.

  • All non-VHS students will be subject to background checks.

  • If your guest is not approved, there will be NO TICKET REFUNDS.

  • Make sure your guests are familiar with the guidelines, policies, rules, and regulations.

Due Dates:  You can pay the total amount or take advantage of the payment option.

Deposits MUST BE paid to hold your spot

Payment #1 - (Deposit) November 15th, 2024 - $50.00
Payment #2 Date January 24th, 2025 - $60.00
Total Ticket Price- $110.00

Any payments after January 24th, 2025 - An additional $20 late fee

• Prom tickets are $110.00 for each attendee, can be purchased through . Skyward Fee management or by cash or check (payable to VHS) to Mrs. Murphy No later than Jan 24, 2025 

• ALL tickets MUST be purchased by Jan. 24st, 2025.

• On Feb 24th-Feb 28th, 2025 tickets will be distributed:

• No other students, friends, or family members can pick up your tickets.

• You MUST have your ticket(s) Saturday, March 1st, 2025. NO TICKET, NO PROM - NO EXCEPTIONS!!

• Because all prom-related expenses are paid well in advance of the prom, there will be NO REFUNDS on prom tickets and absolutely NO TRANSFERS from one person to another.
