Our senior Grad Bash is at Universal Studios.

Friday, April 9th | Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure

Cost: $140.00

This event is exclusively for VHS seniors. Please note that annual Universal passes will not be accepted.

All payments are non-refundable.

Payments are non-refundable.

Permission slips are available at https://www.tvcs.org/highSchool/activities.asp or at the Student Activities Office.

These slips are due at the time of payment.

Dress Code

The dress code is established by Universal Studios and is strictly enforced.

Any senior who arrives inappropriately dressed and cannot resolve the issue immediately will not be permitted to board the bus and will lose their ticket.

Schedule

• Seniors must be ready to board the motor coach by 4:45 PM.

• The bus will depart promptly at 5:15 PM.

• Students who are late to VHS will not be allowed to drive to Universal on their own and will forfeit their Grad Bash ticket.

• We expect to return to VHS around 3:45 AM.

Eligibility Criteria

To attend the VHS Grad Bash, students must meet the following criteria:

• No level 3 referrals

• No more than two referrals of any level

• No outstanding items or payments owed

• Have missed no more than 10% of school or be on an attendance contract for the 1st through 3rd grading periods

If you do not meet these criteria and wish to attend, you must submit an appeal.

Mandatory Cap & Gown Fee - $85

EVERY SENIOR MUST purchase a cap and gown. All payments must be payable ONLY to Herff Jones at herffjones.com or (407) 647-4373. You may NOT pay the school for this fee. This fee includes the graduates' cap, gown, tassel, and gold medallion. Other larger packages, including graduation announcements, are available for a larger fee and can be viewed at herffjones.com.

*Please Note: If you miss the deadline, the fee will increase to $110.
