SENIOR YEAR AT A GLANCE  

• July 1st - Senior Cap & Gown Ordering will open

• July 27th - Senior On-Campus Portraits

• August 15th - Senior Informational Meeting 

• August 29th - Senior Ring Sizing & Ordering and Open House  

• September - VHS School counselors will be meeting with seniors in mid/late September. They will also send out a virtual presentation (the exact thing seniors will see in class) to all parents. Great way to re-watch and earn PI.

• September 19th - Retake Senior Yearbook Portraits
  (Will not be able to select a photo to be in the yearbook) 

• October 2nd – October 6th – Homecoming Spirit Week 

• October 7th - Homecoming Dance 

• October 12th - Senior Panoramic

• October 13th – Grad Bash Deposit Due $50.00

• TBD – NCAA Night (College Bound Athletes) @ 6 pm  

• October 24th – Herff Jones On-Campus Ordering Event

Mandatory Cap & Gown Fee - $80

EVERY SENIOR MUST purchase a cap and gown. All payments must be payable ONLY to Herff Jones at herffjones.com or (407) 647-4373. You may NOT pay the school for this fee. This fee includes the graduates' cap, gown, tassel, and gold medallion. Other larger packages, including graduation announcements, are available for a larger fee and can be viewed at herffjones.com.

*Please Note: If you miss the deadline, the fee will increase to $100.

We put together a slideshow for the seniors with their baby photos that runs during the service. If you would like your graduates’ photo to be included please complete the Google form by Friday, April, 5th 2024. YOU MAY NOT BRING IN A PHYSICAL PHOTO.

The photo may be an infant photo up to 5 years old.
