Our senior Grad Bash is at Universal Studios.

TICKET DETAILS

This event is for seniors ONLY. Every student attending must purchase a ticket. You must place a deposit to be guaranteed a spot on the bus. Annual Universal passes are NOT accepted. No guests allowed. Only Villages High School seniors are eligible for attendance. *ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

$50.00 Grad Bash Deposit Due: Friday, October 11th.

$80.00 Final Grad Bash Payment and Permission Slip Due: Friday, January 10th.

• You may pay the remaining $80.00 in any increment you wish. Please note that the remaining balance must be paid by the end of the school day on Friday, January 10th.

• Permission Slips can be found at https://www.tvcs.org/highSchool/activities.asp or can be picked up at the High School Front Office.

EVENT DETAILS

• We will hold an informational meeting for students the Thursday before the event in the cafeteria during the school day. Any senior not in attendance at the Grad Bash meeting will not be permitted to attend Grad Bash and no refunds will be provided.

• Dress Code is set by Universal Studios and STRICTLY ENFORCED. It can be viewed on the High School Website Activities Page PDF Links at https://www.tvcs.org/highSchool/activities.asp or picked up in front of Mrs. Murphy’s office.

• Students must be ready to board the motor coach at 5:00 pm. The bus will leave promptly at 5:30 pm.  If a student is not at VHS on time, they cannot drive to Universal on their own and forfeits the Grad Bash ticket price. We are scheduled to return to VHS around 3:30 am.

Criteria to attend VHS Grad Bash - If you do not meet the criteria you must submit an appeal if you wish to attend. 

• No level 3 Referrals

• No more than two referrals total of any level(s)

• No items or monies owed

• Grad Bash-  Missed no more than 10% of school or on an attendance contract for 1-3rd grading period.

Mandatory Cap & Gown Fee - $80

EVERY SENIOR MUST purchase a cap and gown. All payments must be payable ONLY to Herff Jones at herffjones.com or (407) 647-4373. You may NOT pay the school for this fee. This fee includes the graduates' cap, gown, tassel, and gold medallion. Other larger packages, including graduation announcements, are available for a larger fee and can be viewed at herffjones.com.

*Please Note: If you miss the deadline, the fee will increase to $100.
