The Villages High School Activities Participation Appeal Form
READ CAREFULLY AND FILL THIS OUT COMPLETELY
(Incomplete submissions will not be considered.)
-Your grade level administrator or program administrator will review your appeal.
-You will be notified by email of the decision.
-No appeal is guaranteed to be approved.
-Appeals are reviewed in the order received.
-Once available tickets to ticketed events are gone, no others will be available. Therefore, an approved appeal is no guarantee of an available ticket or spot.
- If a student fails to meet the criteria listed below after payments have been made their payments will be forfeit.
Criteria to attend VHS Activities:
*No level 3 Referrals
*No more than two referrals total of any level(s)
*No items or monies owed
*Attendance
Homecoming- No more than 3 Absences or be on an attendance contract.
Prom (Jr & Sr)- Starting 2nd semester no more than 4 absences (Excused or Unexcused) in any one period to the date of the event. If a student fails to meet the criteria listed below after payments have been made a refund request can be done up until Jan 31st. If a student falls below the criteria after Jan. 31st their payments will be forfeit.
(Doctors, Professional Growth, On The Job Training, and School Activity Excluded)
Grad Bash- Starting 2nd semester no more than 5 absences (Excused or Unexcused) in any one period to the date of the event. If a student fails to meet the criteria listed below after payments have been made a refund request can be done up until Jan 31st. If a student falls below the criteria after Jan. 31st their payments will be forfeit.
