Petition for Continued Enrollment

This form is required when the qualifying parent no longer has qualifying employment.  

SECTION V – Individual Loss of Eligibility 

If an employee/parent whose employment at a Villages Company or at a qualifying Business Partner has ended, any child/children qualified through that employee/parent will become ineligible immediately. 

Any child/children who become ineligible may be dismissed immediately. The employee/parent may petition for continued enrollment through the end of the next school term. Please see the form below. Completed form are to be submitted to the Enrollment Office.

Continued enrollment will be at the discretion of the building principal and the Director of Education, based upon a number of criteria, i.e. qualified students on a waiting list, time of year, etc. 

The child/children’s eligibility for enrollment will be revisited each year and may take into consideration the fact that the child/children have been placed on behavior and/or attendance contracts during the previous school year. 

Any loss of enrollment eligibility may result in a student reentering the enrollment matrix at the bottom of their designated Business Category – Employee Category. Compliance with the employment requirements is at the sole discretion of the Enrollment Committee. 

Completed petitions forms are to be submitted to the Admissions Office or by scanning and emailing to Tara.Milow@tvcs.org
