Parents can apply online or by paper application.

Paper applications can be obtained by printing the forms below or by visiting any of our school locations.

Please submit completed paper applications to the following:

Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CHILDS SCHOOL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WITH YOUR PRE-ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY APPLICATION. 

WE WILL COLLECT THESE DOCUMENTS AFTER EMPLOYMENT AND AVAILABILITY HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

Step 1: Pre-Enrollment Eligibility Application

This step is all things employment-related. Submit Pre-Enrollment Eligablity Application (Online or Paper Application available)

Disclosure: It is the parent's responsibility to notify the Enrollment Office immediately of any changes in employment status. Changes in employment can affect your enrollment status.  

Step 2: Collecting Student Documents

Once your employment has been confirmed along with availability in your child's grade level and campus preference our Data Entry Clerk will contact you via email to start collecting COPIES of your child's school documents. DO NOT include these documents with the Pre-Enrollment Eligibility Application. Parents are responsible for submitting copies of the requested documents. You MUST provide COPIES of all listed documentation within one week of your meeting with the Data Entry Clerk to proceed with the application process. 

Failure to provide the requested documentation within one week will result in the anticipated opening being offered to an eligible applicant who has provided the necessary documentation.

Once you have submitted the required documents to our Data Entry Clerk, our building Principal will review for final approval. After reviewing your child's documents, our Data Entry Clerk will contact you with your final enrollment status. Please see below the required document checklist.

When your application is approved, VCS will send an official release of records to your child's current school. Please note that your student is not officially enrolled until the Enrollment Coordinator (employment-related) and building Principal have approved your application.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION CHECKLIST - COPIES ONLY

• Last Report Card (Copy)

• Test scores from the previous year (i.e., FSA or Standardized Test)-(Copy)

• Transcript (High School Only) (Copy)

• Birth Certificate (State Certified Copy)

• Social Security Card (Copy)

• Florida Immunization Record(DH Form 680, DH Form 681) – (Copy)

• Discipline and Attendance Records (Copy) (Discipline issues that resulted in In-School or Out-of-School Suspension) (Copy)

• School Physical (within one year of application/enrollment-DH Form 3040, High School Only: FHSAA Form E2) (Copy)

•  Court Order Papers (Please see School Board Policy on file in the Central Office if you are notthe natural parent) (Copy)

• Marriage License (if step-parent is to be the qualifier or if the step-parent is to perform Parent Involvement Hours) (Copy)
