Determining Eligibility

As a school of choice and charter school in the workplace, there is a basic process for determining whether or not a child is eligible to apply for enrollment to The Villages Charter School.

The parents/guardians of the enrolling student must be employed by a business that has successfully been designated as a Business Partner. In addition, they must meet all requirements established by this policy and the VCS Board of Directors to make an application for enrollment to The Villages Charter School.

For those parents/guardians seeking eligibility under Category III or IV, and the parent is not a business owner of the qualifying Business Partner, enrollment may not proceed until the business is open to the public providing their services to all public users/customers.
