All Sophomores will visit RG Drage during their Sophomore year. Students will have the opportunity to see three programs during the school day. After Career Day, students will receive the link for the RG Drage application. All applications will be due two weeks after Career Day. Students will be placed into their programs before Winter Break.
How are students placed into programs?
There are four spots alloted for Tuslaw students in every program (with the exception of welding - 8 spots are given to Tuslaw students in welding). Students are placed in the program based on a rubric in which grades and credits are used to decide which four students will be placed in the program. Anyone not placed in their program can be placed on the waitlist in the event that another student drops out of the program (that can be a student from any school - not just Tuslaw). This is why we stress to freshman that grades are extremely important.
