ACT
All college bound Juniors and Seniors need to take either the ACT or the SAT at least one time. Students who take the test a second time usually improve their first score. Juniors are highly encouraged the take the ACT at least one time.
Our test code is 363-283 (for both ACT and SAT).
ACT at THS
ACT will be given to the Juniors (for free) in February (additional information is given to Juniors and parents). Sophomores will be able to test for a fee. Sophomores will sign up for the ACT in December each year.
http://www.actstudent.org/ - Include 4 schools to send your score to and take the writing portion at least one time.
This site is a great resource for practice. Students also use the site to register for the test (students not parents should be registering). A picture will be needed also - it will be uploaded prior to completed registration.
Students who do not have an ID need to see Mrs. Derheimer.
