Meet The Counselors
My name is Tracey Jones. I am excited to be a School Counselor here at Eastwood Middle School. My goal is to provide service and support to our Eastwood family. I want to empower ALL students at Eastwood through classroom, individual, and small-group counseling services. I have a strong passion for serving the youth and their families. I am eager to help in any way that I can. I know together this will be an amazing journey. Go Stampede!
Hello! My name is Faith Moultrie, and I’m proud to be one of the school counselors here at Eastwood Middle School. I serve the 8th grade as well as a portion of the 7th grade, and I’m passionate about helping students grow into confident, capable young people.
My door is always open—whether a student needs support solving a problem, planning for high school, or simply someone to talk to. I believe in meeting students where they are and supporting them every step of the way.
I’m so excited to be part of the Eastwood family and look forward to helping our students thrive!
