After Care

Q: My child was checked into After Care, but we didn’t sign-up for After Care.

A: Any children remaining on campus after the Regular Dismissal window who are not enrolled in another After School activity will be automatically signed into After Care.

Foundations + Focus

Q: My child has already started Focus lessons. When registration for the next Session of Foundations classes opens, do I need to register for Focus lessons again?

A: No. Once you have registered for Focus lessons, that registration and lesson schedule remains in place for the entire school year or until the Focus lessons are canceled.

Q: How do I change my Focus lesson schedule?

A: Focus lesson schedules remain the same the entire school year. You can request changes to your Focus lesson schedule at any time; however, adjustments may not always be available due to existing lesson schedules and teacher availability.

Q: Is Late Registration allowed for Foundations classes?

A: Yes, you can register for an existing Foundations class, as long as it has not reached maximum capacity, at any time and the full fee will be billed through the FACTS system. Prorated fees are not available for Late Registration.

Q: Can I get a refund for a missed Foundations class if my child is absent?

A: No. Refunds or partial refunds are not available for Absences from Foundations classes.

Q: Can I get a refund for a missed Focus lesson if my child is absent?

A: Yes, as long as 24-hour notice is given, you will not be billed for a missed Focus lesson.

Q: What happens if a Foundations class is canceled?

A: If a Foundations class is canceled due to Teacher Absence, an email will be sent to families notifying them of the cancellation and make-up date, if one is available. If no make-up date is available, then an alternate option will be presented.

Q: What happens if a Focus lesson is canceled?

A: If a Focus lesson is canceled, you will receive an email notification of the date(s) canceled and when lessons will resume on their regular schedule.

Q: I’ve forgotten a detail about my child’s After School schedule. Where can I find it?

A: You can find your child’s After School schedule in the School Pass ‘Calendar’ view.

Summer FUNdamentals

Q: My child is enrolled in Focus lessons. Can we continue the lessons during the Summer?

A: Yes. Focus lessons are available during the summer months, but the teacher may change due to availability.
