Students will spend 2 weeks shadowing and learning about the different positions from trained mentors at each business. Mid-States Concrete designs, engineers, and installs precast concrete building systems. They are the anchor business for Turner's Craftsman program providing not only job shadowing and mentoring but also weekly instruction with students about the characteristics necessary to be a quality craftsman and employee.
Spider Company focuses on deburring, fabrication, CNC machining, tube forming & assembly, laser cladding, and assembly to create precision products.
Nohr LLC provides patterns, castings, and other services to support customers' engineering needs.
Kunes GMC of Beloit is a new and used car dealership with a full service automotive shop.
