Everyone knows TikTok, TikTok is a video-sharing app that is a social networking service. It was released September 2016 and the whole generation has been obsessed with it since. The creator of Tiktok was Zhong Yiming. Zong Yiming is the top entrepreneur in the world as of right now. He is a Chinese billionaire and has been making millions of dollars because of the app. He created the popular app because he wanted people to express themselves and have a place where they could show their talents etc. Tiktok is a very popular app and mostly everyone has it, parents, children, even grandparents.
TikTok is a very entertaining app and its short filmed videos are very exciting because you may not know what they'll be about. The content on TikTok is very shocking because you may never know what you might find. You could find lots of things you may be interested in such as DIY tricks, makeup tutorials, sports, or even comedy. Ever since the app was created in 2016 lots of TikTok influencers have been going viral and they have been getting fame. They get their fame from doing the videos they love and sharing lots of things on the app as well. Some TikTokers can earn money off-platform due to the reputation of what they gain on TikTok. A brand will usually pay them to represent their brand supported platform. The most a TikToker can earn is up to 50k-150k for a successful brand partnership.
It may look easy to just make 1-3 min short videos and post them to get fame but there's more rules to that. You must have a growing account with lots of followers and up to 1 million likes to reach the TikTok influencer stage. Once you have gotten to the influencer stage you must keep all your followers aware and entertained because if they're not entertained your fame can go away just in a snap. So you must keep up with your followers and your content if you would like to be an influencer.
As of right now TikTok is the most popular app created and used. It is now ranked the most downloaded app in the Apple Store with more than 33 million downloads. This app is used all over the world and the name is called ¨TikTok¨ because the videos are short. The app also used to be called musical.ly but it is now called TikTok.
TikTok is a personal stress relieving platform. It helps us sometimes to handle anxiety, depression or other mental issues. Others have said:¨It's a very interesting app and people seem to never get tired of it.¨ There's many ways a person can feel when they are on the app but I feel like the videos you watch are the ones that you relate to the most. TikTok can get very deep and it makes you feel like there's other people feeling the same way you do. As if those videos help people in a certain way.
There's many people that love TikTok and there's also people that dislike the app. “People dislike the videos because almost everyone is posting lip-sync videos of themselves.” Another reason people might dislike TikTok is: “[t]here are some young children posting inappropriate videos and saying many bad things on the app.” The bad news on TikTok is that yes, some people and young children post many inappropriate things on there, so you have to be very aware of what you watch and do on the app. There's also much bullying and judging on the app as of cyberbullying which is very not good for people's mental health and just being rude to the person in general. So basically, it just depends on what side of TikTok you're on mostly so you have to be very careful on what you share on the app. Other than the bad things on the app, it's a very good app to express yourself and show the world your talents and what you love to do.
