Welcome to English! I'll be your teacher, Mr. Henderson. 

I hail from Arlington, Washington where I grew up playing soccer and skateboarding the hills around my neighborhood. I graduated from Western Washington University in 2014 and taught for two years in Seattle before moving to great Tumwater, Washington. I now live in the Lacey area with my wife and son and a whole pack of cats and dogs. 

I'm beyond fortunate that I get to spend my days sharing my love of English with young people. I take very seriously my role to prepare students for their lives ahead. The students are the best part of this job.
