3. Enter the following information into Paypal's "Whats This For" section:
You are welcome to leave a 50% deposit if you prefer to pay in 2 installments.
Your total balance should be settled within 6 weeks to avoid delays in your order.
After ordering, I will email you a receipt within 24 hours. Please review the data. check your mailing address, specs & sizeto make sure that the information is correct.This is the data I will submit to the factory.
Return Policy: If the factory makes your hat with incorrect specifications, the wrong size, or if your hat is flawed, we will happily repair it, modify it, or make your hat again from scratch in a timely fashion.
If any mistakes are made by myself or our factory, we will repair the hat or replace it at absolutely no cost to you.
We take pride in our 100% customer satisfaction policy.
If you cancel an order within 14 days of ordering, we will gladly arrange a refund for the total amount.
If you decide to cancel an order after 14 days of your initial order, your initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If you commission a KTG build, and decide to back out for whatever reasons, we can only refund 50% of your payment. Your initial 50% deposit pays for your materials.
We totally understand that things happen.If you are unable to complete paying for your order, please contact us to arrange a payment plan. If you need more time, we will arrange for a payment plan that is workable for you.
