Return Policy: If the factory makes your hat with incorrect specifications, the wrong size, or if your hat is flawed, we will happily repair it, modify it, or make your hat again from scratch in a timely fashion.
If any mistakes are made by myself or our factory, we will repair the hat or replace it at absolutely no cost to you. We take pride in our 100% customer satisfaction policy.
If you cancel an order within 14 days of ordering, we will gladly arrange a refund for the total amount.
If you decide to cancel an order after 14 days of your initial order, your initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Your initial 50% deposit pays for your materials.
If you commission a KTG build, and decide to back out for whatever reasons, we can only refund 50% of your payment.

The Skypiece is the perfectly designed hat for both ultra dressy and super casual wear. Somehow it can bring out the best in our dressiest customers, while looking equally stunning with jeans or a leather jacket. The crown is just a tiny bit high, but not "tall". I use a beautiful 5" crown for the Skypiece,Just enough height to make this hat look more elegant, more authentic, but never too tall. Its narrow, subtle bound edge gives the brim that signature KTG custom look. My most successful design, perfect for ultra dressy or ultra casual. This is my own personal style for over 15 years. Authentic, vintage styling with a crown thats low enough to look great on everyone. Our version of the classic "Whipp't" spec hat, with Kevin's added flair.
We added much wider brim binding, an art deco style bow treatment, plus a broader, stockier crown shape. This is the same shape as our Nostalgia, with added brim binding.

Some folks shape it with a cattleman crease, but it can be ordered with a factory center crease as well.
this has the same specs as a vintage open crown O.Road, but with a little cleaner bow design.
This hat is standard with an unshaped, open crown, so that you may steam it yourself. Road Star can also be ordered with a factory center crease upon request.

Open crown version of the Satellite. 5.5" open crown, 2.5" bound brim, narrow 5 ligne trim. (The Starlite's crown arrives unshaped, it is an open crown, "Shape it yourself" hat.)NOTE:this hat is buttery soft in light colors like SILVERBELLY, ASH GREY, & MIST, in darker colors.( like olive) it can be quite sturdy feeling.

Return Policy: If the factory makes your hat with incorrect specifications, the wrong size, or if your hat is flawed, we will happily repair it, modify it, or make your hat again from scratch in a timely fashion.
If any mistakes are made by myself or our factory, we will repair the hat or replace it at absolutely no cost to you. We take pride in our 100% customer satisfaction policy.
If you decide to cancel an order, your initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. KTG Hats are custom built, just for you. If you cancel an order within 7 days of ordering I will arrange a paypal refund.
If you commission a KTG build, and decide to back out for whatever reasons, we can only refund 50% of your payment. Your initial 50% deposit pays for your materials to the factory workers. If I back out of an order with the factory, I still must pay those bills.
We totally understand that things happen. Life happens...If you are unable to complete paying for your order, please contact us to arrange a payment plan.
