To remain eligible for the TSTC MBG, students must:

• Successfully complete and pass HIRE 1100: Foundations for Career Success with an 85% or higher.

• Complete and pass all industry exams and/or licenses required for employment, if applicable.

• Graduate from an eligible program.

• Be in good financial standing with TSTC.

• Conduct at least six months of documented job search efforts post-graduation if they do not receive a job offer by graduation.

• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.

Students are ineligible for the TSTC MBG if they:

• Plan to pursue further education outside of TSTC within six months after graduating.

• Choose to enlist in the military within six months after graduating.

• Become incarcerated.

• Do not meet background check requirements commonly required for employment in the industry.

• Don’t meet the legal standards of work eligibility in the United States.
